To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
Tags and packaging must be intact
Certain items such as underwear, swimwear, or final sale items cannot be returned
Contact us at support@bbtbapparel.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide instructions and a return address.
Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for cases where the item was damaged or incorrect.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same return process and place a new order.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@bbtbapparel.com. We will resolve it with a replacement or full refund.
